Pre-Concert Talk
Chopin’s Heirs - The Full Flowering of the Romantic
Board member Dr. Thomas Parente leads a pre-concert discussion before the season finale, making the case that the music on the Emerging Voices program flows directly from the late 19th century romantic impulse generated initially by composer Frederick Chopin. The session will also include piano performances of musical excerpts.

Juilliard Vocal Arts Program alumni Felicia Moore, soprano, and John Brancy, baritone, are part of a stirring and stunning celebration of song. Music Director and Conductor David Chan leads the full orchestra from the podium.
