All classes are LIVE and offer students an interactive experience with our instructors.
How would you like to take a master class with a Tony Award-winning diva? Which one? We have three: Joanna Gleason (right; Into the Woods), Faith Prince (Guys and Dolls) and Debbie Gravitte (Jerome Robbins' Broadway), not to mention a few other nominees and a half dozen Broadway performers.
How about a master dance class with leading dancers from Alvin Ailey, New York City Ballet, Paul Taylor and Martha Graham? Yes, we have Samuel Lee Roberts, Gilbert Bolden III, Michael Trusnovec and Michelle Fleet (right) and Blakeley White-McGuire in our virtual studio waiting for our students.
The Axelrod Performing Arts Center expands its online educational programming with the Axelrod Performing Arts Academy, offering seven-week sessions in Musical Theater, Dance, Acting and Vocal to all thriving artists 12 years and up, beginning June 29 (90 min classes, 6 times a week). Plus, we have specialized sessions for Pre-School (ages 3 & 4 – 30 min classes, 3 times a week) and Primary (ages 5-6, 7-8, 9-11 – Hour long classes, 13 classes per week), beginning July 6.
