TPRFM postponed until May 30-31, 2020

It is with great regret that we announce the Spring Fling Edition of the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market on April 4-5, 2020 at the Historic Roebling Wire Works has been postponed until May 30-31, 2020 due to concerns regarding the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

In the past week, we have spent numerous hours in contact with other large scale event promoters throughout the region and we have been in regular contact with the City of Trenton in an effort to provide a proper response to this threat. Ultimately, we have decided it is in everyone’s best interest if we postpone the event until May 30-31, 2020.

Please note that this is not a decision we take lightly. As one of the largest cultural celebrations of our kind in the nation and one that provides high volume shopping experiences for nearly 1,000 small businesses and artists annually, event cancellations such as this will greatly effect their bottom line. In a world where big box stores reign supreme, please understand that small businesses and artists are the ones who will feel this pinch the greatest. Although we may be forced to postpone events such as the TPRFM for this small window in time, we strongly encourage all of you to support small businesses and your creative communities throughout this entire ordeal NOW MORE THAN EVER because without them, we assure you the world would be a much less beautiful place.

In closing, we encourage everyone to stay safe out there, watch out for one another, regularly wash your hands for up to 20 seconds, avoid handshakes, stop touching your face, stay home if you feel sick and if all else fails… throw your favorite record on the turntable, crank it to 11 and dance like EVERYONE is watching. Dr’s orders.

We look forward to seeing everyone on May 30-31, 2020 at the Historic Roebling Wire Works in Trenton as we get back to business with nearly 500 vendors from up to 25+ states, two dozen food trucks, live music, live tattooing and more!
