HAM currently has two staff openings for a part-time (about 16-hours per week) Individual Development Coordinator and an evening receptionist.

HAM is seeking an Individual Development Coordinator to strengthen the Museum’s fundraising through individual-giving initiatives. These include working with major gifts, planned giving, the end of the year appeal, membership, campaigns and cultivation events. Working with the Executive Director, the Individual Giving Coordinator will develop and execute strategies to identify, cultivate and solicit potential donors and steward current donors.

We are also seeking an evening receptionist to work at the front desk on Mondays from 5 to either 7:30 p.m., 8 p.m. or as late as 10 p.m., depending on class schedules. This position would begin as soon as possible following requisite training.

For more information on both positions and to apply, please visit our website.
