About The Show:
Gene Wilder (Young Frankenstein, Willy
Wonka and the Chocolate Factory)and Gilda Radner
(Original Cast of “Saturday Night Live”) were in love, but the
story doesn't end there!
Journey through the lives of these two famous
comedians – from the day they fell in love to turbulent changes in
their careers to a sad, sudden goodbye. This heartfelt comedy lets
audiences spend a night with two legends who found love and
laughter in even the darkest of places..

GENE WILDER
was born June 11, 1933 In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is best
known for comedic roles in films such as The Producers
(1967), Blazing Saddles (1974), Young
Frankenstein (1974), but most notably, the titular
character in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
(1971). In 2005, he released a memoir Kiss Me Like a
Stranger - a title that came from words Gilda Radner
spoke to him.

Gilda
Radner was born on June 28, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan and
attended University Liggett School in Detroit then the
University of Michigan - where she eventually dropped out.
She broke grounds landing the freshman cast (first
cast) of Saturday Night Live in 1975. There, she
created iconic characters such as Roseanne Roseannadanna.
She wrote an autobiography titled "It's Always
Something," highlighting her life in the
limelight.
