The Maplewood Strollers is
seeking a STAGE MANAGER for the world premiere
of BEETHOVEN’S WRONG NOTE: A STEAMPUNK OPERA, a comedic romp as Ludwig van
Beethoven strives to write “the greatest opera yet written,” with
book and lyrics by Jay Stephenson,
direction by Jay Kamen, and
musical direction by James Higgins.
Auditions are Mon,
March 18th, and Tues, March 19th, from 7-10 PM, with callbacks on
Wed, March 20th. Rehearsals are
generally Saturday afternoons, and Monday and Wednesday evenings.
PERFORMANCES are
Thurs, Fri, and Sat, May 9, 10, 11, and 16, 17, 18, at 8 PM, and
Sun, May 12 (Mother’s Day) and 19, at 2 PM.

readings will be provided and are also available on our

- Dramatic Soprano: Prima Donna (Opera Singer); 19 - 29
years, Elegant and Sophisticated; wants to sing the
title role in Beethoven's opera “Leonora.”
