Hidden Variables: Compositions with Secrets
Sometimes composers place
hidden messages or codes into their works. In this Salon, NBCO members
explore works that contain such secrets, with compositions by Bach,
Beethoven, Ives, Elgar, and Shostakovich. Between short performances,
chat with the musicians and orchestra staff while enjoying
complimentary wine and light snacks.
Admission is free, but
space is very limited, and reservations are highly
recommended. Please visit the event page for all details, including
parking information.
