Important Announcement Regarding APEX 22/23 Season

APEX Season Update Dear supporters, I am disappointed to inform you of a situation that has come up for the Montclair Orchestra / APEX Ensemble organization which impacts the upcoming season. We were unexpectedly notified very recently that our venue partner has modified the parameters under which we can utilize our prior performance space. We attempted to negotiate an approach that would appease all parties, however under the new logistical restrictions, it is impossible to erect our performance stage, and thus we are unable to hold our programs at their facility. Given the late notice, we have no choice but to cancel our first Fellowship Program concert in November, as there is insufficient time to confirm an alternative plan. For those patrons that have already purchased tickets for the November concert, you will receive a separate email regarding the refund of your ticket purchase for that program. The APEX Board of Directors is attempting to determine next steps regarding the remainder of the season and moving the organization forward; additional information will be provided as soon as it is available.
