Powerful Portrayal of Scourge of Drug Addiction, Thursday, March 31, 7 PM

 

Freedom Song is a very powerful portrayal of the scourge of drug addiction in the Jewish Community.

Provisional data from CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics indicate that there were an estimated 100,306 drug overdose deaths in the United States during the 12-month period ending in April 2021, an increase of 28.5% from the 78,056 deaths during the same period the year before. Each of these deaths is a tragedy, and even one death is too many!

Freedom Song seeks to shed light on this problem and provide resources for those in need of help.
