June 3, 2022, at the Trenton War Memorial in Trenton,
NJ.
It’s going to be an exciting and
packed single-day event in Trenton, home to some of New
Jersey’s pivotal American Revolutionary
history.
The New Jersey History and Historic
Preservation Conference is the annual statewide educational
and networking opportunity for history and historic preservation
professionals and volunteers in the fields of architecture,
planning, heritage site and museum management, public history,
archaeology, municipal preservation commissions, county heritage
offices, developers, students, and more.
Conference highlights:

Museum
Information on sessions, speakers, registration, and

Educational sessions cover topics ranging from
researching underrepresented histories, tools and techniques for
historic preservation, how to promote history attractions,
federal and New Jersey tax credits, legal frameworks for
preservation, and Superstorm Sandy's lasting impacts.
Activities also include marketplace sponsor and
vendor exhibits, and tours of the State House, Downtown Trenton,
the War Memorial, and Archeology at the State House.
The day concludes with a Closing Reception at the
Old Barracks Museum.
