The voices of survivors teach us so much about recognizing intolerance, standing up to evil, and making wise choices. We are pleased to offer two opportunities for teens to explore these life-changing narratives through our week-long summer leadership workshop and our 2022 Stronger Than HateChallenge. Applications are now open for both—pass the word on to a teen in your life.
USC Shoah Foundation is accepting applications for rising 8th–12th grade students in the United States to participate in Leadership Workshop—Action and Values, a week-long summer residential program at USC. The program provides a dynamic and unique learning opportunity to engage with recorded testimonies of survivors and witnesses of genocide. Participants will be challenged to deeply consider what it means to be a responsible participant in civil society and will develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to create positive change in their own lives and in their communities.
The deadline for applications is April 25, 2022, at 5pm PDT. Learn more here.
