Join us for a five-session series exploring the Israeli film revolution and providing an in-depth look into Israel's thriving industry as well as its culture. Preview weekly films and join a virtual discussion led by JCC film director Isaac Zablocki. Registration includes free access to course films through Israel Film Center Stream.

In Breaking Bread, exotic cuisine and a side of politics are on the menu. Dr. Nof Atamna-Ismaeel—the first Muslim Arab to win Israel's MasterChef—is on a quest to make a social change through food. She founded the A-sham Arabic Food Festival in Haifa. There, pairs of Arab and Jewish chefs collaborate on mouthwatering dishes as they savor the taste of hope and discover the food of their region, free from political and religious boundaries.

JCC VACCINATION POLICY

All children ages 5 and older must provide proof of full vaccination in order to attend any JCC programs. Individuals 12 and older are required to show proof of full vaccination (via NYS Excelsior Pass, NYC COVID Safe app, or vaccination card) each time entering the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan and JCC Harlem.
