Swingadelic to Open Morristown Jazz & Blues Festival
Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 12:00pm

Swingadelic, the region’s popular 12-piece “little big band” opens this year’s Morristown Jazz & Blues Festival.

The annual music festival takes place on the Morristown Green starting at noon.

Led by bassist Dave Post, the band features singers Vanessa Perea and John Bauers and includes some of the area’s top musicians. The rest of the Festival line-up will be The Frank Vignola Trio with special guests paying tribute to Festival stalwart Bucky Pizzarelli, Winard Harper & Jeli Posse, Louis Prima Jr. and the Witnesses, and Rob Paparozzi’s Juke Joint.

The 10 hours of music are free and patrons are asked to bring lawn chairs and to wear masks.
