We'd like to extend
a heartfelt thank you to the community for their outpouring of
support and to our dedicated neighbors who showed up to lend a hand
in the cleanup efforts of the Art Museum. Water, mud, and debris from
the river wreaked havoc on our first floor, leaving artwork and other
items destroyed.
We are so
incredibly grateful for the individuals and community organizations
who joined us to help clean and salvage what was left behind. A
special thank you is extended to - Pastor Tracey Henry of Clinton
Presbyterian Church and the many members of that community who
assisted us as well as Mayor Janice Kovach, Councilwomen Rielly
Karsh, Megan Johnson and Lisa Intrabartola for checking in with us
and spreading the word that volunteers were needed. Our
gratitude also goes to Eric Eisenhart and volunteers from Base Camp
31 who also provided assistance.
Thanks also go to the Clinton Fire Department, South Branch EMS, and
other first responders whose support was so necessary to the Town
yesterday.
We are profoundly
appreciative, humbled, and proud to be part of this incredible
community. We look forward to opening our doors to you on September
26 for the opening reception of our new exhibitions, which will also
serve as a day to show our appreciation to the community.
Thank you,
Marjorie Nathanson
