SummerART for Teens

At the Montclair Art Museum, we care
about your child and believe art can enhance their health and happiness
by cultivating creativity,
self-expression, personal growth, friendships, and
making the most of summer vacation!
Teens can choose from a range of
morning and afternoon classes from traditional fine arts media such as
drawing, painting, illustration, and ceramics to digital photography
and digital drawing, or work independently with guidance from a
teaching artist in Teen Workshop.

MAM Docent Program
Montclair Art Museum’s volunteer
docent program is ideal for people who want to deepen their
relationship with their community, get a deep dive into American art
including the art of Native North America, and get the inside scoop about
Museum exhibitions from curators and artists.
If you are a people person who is
passionate about art and wants to share that passion with others, we
welcome your participation!
