International Holocaust Remembrance Day

Keynote Speaker Marlene W. Yahalom, PhD, Director of Education of the American Society for Yad Vashem, will present a virtual exhibit including images of original maps, drawings, photographs of the planning stages of Auschwitz, and the original architectural blueprints of Auschwitz-Birkenau. The plans were found in 2008 in an abandoned apartment in Berlin and were eventually given to Yad Vashem, where they will be preserved for perpetuity.  REGISTER NOW

United Nations Holocaust Memorial Ceremony

The Holocaust memorial ceremony is organized jointly by the United Nations Department of Global Communications and UNESCO, in partnership with the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance. The event will include remarks by the United Nations Secretary-General and the Director-General of UNESCO, as well as statements by high-level guests, a Holocaust survivor testimony and the memorial prayers.
