Lemmon SkyCenter high in the Santa Catalina Mountains of Arizona. The dark night skies at this site offers superb stargazing. With the 32-inch diameter Schulman Telescope we will explore celestial objects visible in the winter sky – from the planet Mars and spectacular nebulae to star clusters and distant galaxies! Click here to register. Studio Snapshot: Danielle Scott  Wednesday, January 13, Noon  “Studio Snapshot” is a new series of short videos exploring the work of Newark contemporary artists. In this second video, artist Danielle Scott discusses her background and how mentors within the Newark art scene helped develop her practice. Danielle Scott’s work is featured in the Art + Tech: Perception | Access | Power virtual exhibition.   Escape from the Ballantine House  Thursday, January 14, 7pm  $3 - Members, Seniors, Students $6 - Adults Set in The Newark Museum of Art’s Victorian-era mansion, Escape from The Ballantine House challenges you and your friends to race the clock as you try to find the hidden Ballantine Beer recipe and escape the house before getting caught.
