by Lynn Marie Macy

Napoleon Bonaparte! Marie Antoinette! -- Cinderella?

WHEN: 2 PM, Saturday, July 18

If you think modern life is challenging, follow the rags to riches Cinderella story of Hortense de Beauharnais, survivor of the French Revolution, stepdaughter of General Napoleon Bonaparte, and student at MADAME CAMPAN'S ACADEMY, where her classmates include Napoleon’s detestable sister Caroline and Eliza Monroe, daughter of the future US president. Survival, music, art, war and romance fill their days at MADAME CAMPAN’S ACADEMY.
