If you think modern life is challenging, follow the rags to riches Cinderella story of Hortense de Beauharnais, survivor of the French Revolution, stepdaughter of General Napoleon Bonaparte, and student at MADAME CAMPAN'S ACADEMY, where her classmates include Napoleon’s detestable sister Caroline and Eliza Monroe, daughter of the future US president. Survival, music, art, war and romance fill their days at MADAME CAMPAN’S ACADEMY.

Hosted by the Cranford Public Library

Registration is required for this live event, which will be hosted on the Zoom teleconferencing platform.

Attendees will be able to view and listen to the cast as they perform an original work-in-progress from a safe social distance.
