Please join us and spread the word as company dancers teach class and repertory at HeART in Motion, a dance and fitness studio directed by founding company dancers, Nikki Manx and Laura Van Dyke. The company held residency at the Bergen County studio for their last season, Earth Lungs, and is excited to teach the 2nd annual "Mostly Modern Masterclass Series" at HeART in Motion this year.
WHEN: Tuesdays 6:30-8pm, July 21st-August 25th

Description: Structured after an NMDP company class, we will begin with explorations of the space and work to warm the entire body starting with the spine and core. The class will then visit center and across the floor exercises that focus on body weight and movement detail. Class will culminate in learning an excerpt of NMDP repertory based on social and environmental justice.
