Hudson Theatre Works is committed to a growing and adventurous community genuinely hungry for challenging performance. We choose material that is aesthetically diverse and rooted in authenticity. From highly theatrical world premieres to distilled re-imaginings of modern classics, we put the work first and embrace risk.

Cynthia Granville’s* (performer) favorite stage roles include Lane, THE CLEAN HOUSE; Jeannette, THE QUALITY OF LIFE (NY premiere); Sally, TALLEY'S FOLLY; as well as countless world premieres. She will next be seen as Ella in Ibsen’s JOHN GABRIEL BORKMAN, a zoom capture project. Onscreen credits include ONION NEWS NETWORK, HIGH MAINTENANCE, the title role in THE FISHERMAN'S WIFE; Preston Miller’s L'ODGE D'OOR later in 2020. Cynthia is also a director and filmmaker.
