ARB’s Dance for Parkinson’s classes will return via Zoom next week!

In 2018, American Repertory Ballet launched Dance for Parkinson’s (an affiliate of the Mark Morris Dance Group’s Dance for PD®) that brings the benefits of dance to individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. Offered weekly, Dance for Parkinson’s has provided a sanctuary for movement exploration and social interaction for those with Parkinson’s Disease.

"I wish we could have this class every day of the week. I leave here feeling so much better than when I walked in." - Participant, Dance for Parkinson’s

It’s never been more important to continue moving and interacting, even virtually!

We're happy to announce that our Dance for Parkinson’s classes will return via Zoom next week!

Led by our trained teaching artists, Dance for Parkinson’s uses music, guided imagery, vocalization, and movement to provide participants with a holistic, safe, and creative experience.

Until we can be together again in the studio, this class is 1 of over 135 weekly online classes we are delivering to our community and students.

We hope you will join us. Share the class. Move with us.
