Introducing NIF Film Club. First Week: “King Bibi”

We are very pleased to offer a virtual film club in partnership with Other Israel Film Festival, bringing you poignant and relevant Israeli films related to our work and our issues during these days when we have more time at home.

Let's catch up on films we may have missed, ones we want to see again, or completely new ones together.

Each week, we'll select a film that you can watch at your own convenience. After you've watched the movie, join us for a lively and interactive discussion on Zoom every Tuesday at 3pm Eastern / 12pm Pacific.

This week, like so many weeks in Israeli politics, all eyes are on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

That's why we're watching King Bibi, an astute portrait of the man himself, and hosting a post-film Zoom discussion with Director Dan Shadur.

Sign up here to join us for the first week of NIF Film Club featuring King Bibi.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words—and I say a film is worth at least a million. Social and political issues come to life on screen and hit us in our hearts, our guts, and our minds.

For decades, Israeli filmmakers have created touching and powerful movies about the core issues facing Israeli society -- those very same issues that NIF has worked on for 40 years.

King Bibi is the remarkable and controversial story of Netanyahu's rise to power, documenting four decades of his public appearances. You won't want to miss it.

Join us for the first week of NIF Film Club. See you on Tuesday at 3pm Eastern / 12pm Pacific.

Enjoy the movie!
