South Orange Symphony presents their annual Free Fun Family Concert. Susan Haig of Summit leads the orchestra in family-friendly selections by Tchaikovsky, Rossini, Humperdinck, Strauss, Bizet, Vivaldi and John Williams. Soprano Lori Mirabal will make a special guest appearance as Carmen, singing The Habanera.
During the intermission, families can visit an instrument "petting zoo" sponsored by K&S Music of Berkeley Heights, and participate in the orchestra's annual Silent Auction fundraiser.
