Rodgers and Hammerstein’s first classic musical sweeps across the plains of Hillsborough, mixing the splendor of romance with the lure of the American West and the spirit of adventure with those familiar tunes we still all know and love: “Oh, What a Beautiful Morning,” “The Surrey With the Fringe on Top,” “People Will Say We’re In Love” and, of course, the rousing title number!
