Originally starring Jerry Zaks & Lynne Thigpen—the show that put them both on the map—TINTYPES captures the wonder and excitement of America at the turn of the 20th Century. Reminiscent of Ragtime, historical figures mingle with common folk to tell the story of a young upstart country about to take the center of a world stage. George M. Cohan, John Philip Sousa and Scott Joplin are just a few of the great American composers celebrated in this musical pageant.

The show stars George Adamo of Cedar Grove as Charlie, Alex Oleksij of Nutley as T.R., Leslie Dixon Silverman of West Milford as Susannah, Juliana Valente of Wayne as Anna and Laura Iacometta of Rochelle Park as Emma.

Ron Mulligan of Parsippany is the director. Marsha Schreier of Verona is the musical director and Shona Roebuck of Maplewood is choreographer.

Nutley Little Theatre stages its productions at the NLT Barn, 47 Erie Place, Nutley, NJ, located off Brookfield Avenue (one block east of Franklin Avenue) in the heart of the Erie Place Historic District.
