MONDAY NIGHT SALON READINGS

  • Murder Too by David Wiltse.
    March 16, 2015.
Mara Baron, the ascerbic artistic director of a major not-for-profit theater, has been getting death threats. Who wants to kill her? Could it be Eve, her oldest friend and the theater's biggest contributor, who harbors a grudge? Might it be Eve's crime novelist husband Todd, who has some motives of his own? Or is it Luke, the hunky handyman installing her 'panic room', who may not be what he seems? This play is a witty, biting comedy of menace.
  • Whiplash by Carolyn Moses, directed by Ludovica Villar-Hauser.
    March 23, 2015.
A media star, a media maker and a media failure tangle themselves in a plot gone wacko. A taped suicide to save lives disintegrates into missteps, mishaps and moral chaos.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. Seating is first come, first served. Readings begin promptly at 7 PM followed by a discussion with the playwright, director and cast.

TICKETS: $10 for non-subscribers.
