Justin, a freelance journalist is investigating Clark’s self-destruction, when his wife, Lauren, a liberal blogger, decides to strike up an online conversation with him. Their friend Maddie reveals a secret about the conservative justice who is opposed to Clark, and this group of liberals decide to take matters into their own hands.

Blairsburg Family Picnic

Frank, Bill and Peg are three octogenarians living in the same crumbling, rural American town they were born in, and lived all their lives. They're still kicking, just not very high. The three must come to face the decaying state of their community and lives as it becomes apparent their town picnic is, like everything else, not quite what it used to be.

WHERE: Bickford Theatre at the Morris Museum, 6 Normandy Hgts. Rd., Morristown

The snow was not kind to our scheduled readings last week, but we've managed to keep our casts together and come up with a new schedule for the three readings that were postponed.

New Plays New Jersey
New Jersey-based writers and theatres play a large role on the national new play development stage. New Plays New Jersey is a showcase of these writers and the New Jersey theatres that develop and produce their work. This series of staged readings in the intimate setting of the Morris Museum will provide a glimpse of the quality and depth of plays that make New Jersey the Garden State of new work. A partnership with the National New Play Network, Playwrights Theatre, and The Bickford Theatre, featuring plays from Centenary Stage, Luna Stage, New Jersey Rep, Passage Theatre, Playwrights Theatre, Premiere Stages, and South Camden Theatre Company.
