THE HORROR HAPPENS FILM SHOWCASE RETURNS TO CAMP JEFFERSON THEATRE TO CELEBRATE “WOMEN IN HORROR” MONTH

We are very proud to announce the next Horror Happens Film Showcase focusing on 

WOMEN IN HORROR

WHEN: Saturday, February 14th running 3:00 to 9:00 PM
WHERE: at the incredible NON-PROFIT programming center of the Camp Jefferson Theatre at 81 Weldon Road, Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey
TICKETS: $10.00 for a full ticket (tickets can only be purchased the day of the event via cash with NO ONLINE SALES)!
A PORTION OF THE TICKET SALES WILL GO TO THE NON-PROFIT CAMP JEFFERSON THEATRE & JEFFERSON HIGHLIGHTS.

Starting at 3 PM with a block of 12 short films, each project will vary in storytelling, independent sensibilities and perspective of women filmmakers, writers and performers! Coming from around the world, the dozen short films will feature filmmakers and performers handling storytelling themes about the undead, home invasion, body horror, international legends, crimes gone wrong, relationships and dark psychology all threw the female eye and mind! The two feature films will start at 6 PM encompassing both horror and the thriller style of films. We are proud to screen the tension laced, home invasion horror film BERKSHIRE COUNTY by talented filmmaker Audrey Cummings. Our closing night feature will come from the film making duo DPYX and their crime thriller NOBODY CAN COOL playing at 7:30 PM

Refreshments will be available. 18 & OVER RECOMMENDED due to horror elements and no alcohol please.
