OPEN AUDITIONS NOTICE:
PUTTING IT TOGETHER
a musical revue showcasing the songs of Stephen Sondheim
directed by Deborah Pedretti
Musical Direction by Rory Chalcraft
Choreography by Susan Zuckerman
WHEN: Saturday, July 19, at 3 PM and Sunday, July 20, at 8 PM
WHERE: East Brunswick Community Arts Center, 721 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick
Some of the shows include Sunday in the Park, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Merrily We Roll Along and Assassins, to name a few.
PERFORMANCE DATES: September 12 – 28. Please note that there is no show on the evening of September 20. All shows are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 PM and Sundays at 3 PM
Prepare an up-tempo classic or contemporary Broadway song (no pop songs) of up to 32 bars. Those auditioning must bring sheet music in the correct key (no a capella). An accompanist will be provided.
- Man 1: Baritone – Voice Range: F3 – F5
- Man 2: Tenor – Voice Range: G3 – A5
- Man 3: Baritone – Voice Range: G3 – F5
- Woman 1: Mezzo Soprano – Voice Range: D3 – G5
- Woman 2: Mezzo Soprano – Voice Range: F3 – G5
Please dress comfortably as all those auditioning may be expected to participate in the dance audition.
