Once upon a time in New York City, Tabitha and her brother Louis discover a box sitting in the hallway of their apartment. Curious, Tabitha opens the box, allowing five imprisoned fairy tale villains to escape. Free at last, they begin to wreak havoc on the apartment and NYC.
