The Friends of Fosterfields and Cooper Gristmill, Sustenance, LLC, and Slow Food Northern New Jersey extend an invitation to a Sustenance on the Farm Dinner.

Take part in an elegant farm-to-table, five-course dinner featuring Fosterfields’ heirloom vegetables, and locally-sourced grass-fed meat and poultry, prepared by Chef Andrea Carbine, owner of A Toute Heure in Cranford, NJ. Also featured will be a dessert prepared with locally-sourced ingredients by chocolate artisan, Chef Diane Pinder of Donna & Company. Enjoy organic/sustainable wines paired with each course from Opici Wine Importers.

Live music will be performed by Cabin Jazz All-Stars. Proceeds from the event will benefit Fosterfields Living Historical Farm’s school programs and Slow Food Northern New Jersey’s School Garden Program.
