Book Discussion Group Librarian Debra Sarr will lead this month's discussion of The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. First published in 1925, The Great Gatsby, a classic of twentieth-century literature, provides a portrait of Jazz Age America. Through the eyes of Gatsby's next-door-neighbor, Nick Carraway, the book tells a story of love, power, greed and the promise of new beginnings. If you haven't read The Great Gatsby since your school days, now is the perfect time to re-vist this great American novel. The Great Gatsby is available at the library in several formats: print, CD audiobook or downloadable ebook. The Library also has a DVD of the movie version starring Robert Redford and Mia Farrow. All are available free of charge to WO Library cardholders. Film & Dessert West Orange Public Library Hours: M, W, Th 9-9 |
