Join a Naturalist and get into the woods, learn new outdoor skills, meet other like-minded kids and build confidence. In this session, learn to make fire without matches or lighters using bow drills and ferro rods. Parents are welcome to drop off or stay and take part. Register here.

Explore the history of American cuisine, cooking methods and food customs over an open-hearth fire. Each month this Winter, we explore a different period of American life through the recipes and cooking techniques of 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. This month, we are preparing, sampling and sending home a dish from the 17th century. Our morning session is intended for adults with some cooking experience. Register here
