Draw Them In, Paint Them Out: Trenton Doyle
Hancock Confronts Philip Guston brings
together for the first time the work of two trailblazing American
artists of different generations whose work engages the entwined
legacies of white supremacy, racism, and antisemitism in the United
States in ways that are emotionally raw and darkly humorous.
In a series of videos on the Jewish
Museum's YouTube channel, hear from artist Trenton Doyle Hancock as
he discusses his practice, the exhibition, and Philip Guston's
influence on his work.
