program is your gateway to a fulfilling and impactful career.
This five-week, in-person summer program offers comprehensive training in
justice-oriented arts education pedagogy and teaching best practices.

$2,000
Through a blend of coursework, fieldwork, networking opportunities and
reflective evaluation, participants gain the skills to
design and deliver creative lessons in classrooms, communities and healthcare settings.
Facilitated by leading professionals from Rutgers University – Newark and
the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), the program provides a
unique pathway for personal and professional growth.
Candidate
Qualifications:
- College students and
individuals transitioning careers who have a creative practice.
- Artists seeking
foundational knowledge in education, teaching and business
practices.
