As we close out the year with exciting public and
private events, we feel proud and appreciative of what the Roxbury Arts
Alliance means for our community all year long.
So much more than just a theater, our hub for creative
collaboration enriches the community with inclusive programming and
affordable entertainment, supports local talent, provides educational
and volunteer opportunities, contributes to the local economy and so
much more.
We thank you- our supporters,
artists, and community members with heartfelt gratitude! Your
enthusiasm and generosity have made 2024 an incredible year. We look
forward to continuing the creativity, connection and inspiration into
2025 and beyond!

December 7th, 7:30pm: we welcome back Christopher
Westfall to kick off the Christmas cheer with a holiday concert
full of classic Christmas music, some originals, and a fun rendition of
"Partridge in a Pear Tree". Better brush up on the lyrics
because the audience will participate too!
December 20th: Two exciting
events in one! At 6:00pm, we unveil our next
art gallery rotation "Community" featuring the
work of 10 local amateur and professional artists.
Curated by artist and gallerist Frank May, this
collection serves as a reminder that art can unite and inspire change.
In our world marked by division and solidarity, this exhibition
encourages us to embrace the collective power of coming together. Through
collaboration, dialogue, and creative expression, we find that
community is not just a concept—it's the very foundation of our shared
humanity. Join us to view the unique pieces, meet the artists and
enjoy light refreshments. Then, at 7:30pm, the stage opens for our next Open
Mic session. We welcome performing and visual artists of all kinds
and ages to show off their talents. You may hear music, poetry, comedy-
who knows what will be in store!

Community, our group art exhibition that celebrates
the strength, diversity, and interconnection of our shared experiences.
Through a variety of mediums, artists have come together to explore the
many dimensions of community: from the bonds we form with one another
to the collective challenges and triumphs we face as a society.
On display is artwork from seasoned and amateur artists
from around the Roxbury area.
Join us for this Gallery Talk to learn more about the
artists and hear about the inspiration behind their work.
Afterward, enjoy a variety of performances during our
all-ages, all-arts Open Mic Session. Stage times begin at 7:30pm. $5
cover charge for performers and audience.

When these 3 female hit singer, songwriters get
together, their premier performance is “Positively Electric!”
Their authentic brand of original music, fun, and
friendship have made them crowd favorites at venues like NY’s Arlene’s
Grocery and The Rockwood Music Hall, and as headliners at the Folk
Project and Music at the Mansion concert series.
