Free Play Reading This Monday: "Moses in Berlin" @ Hamilton Stage in Rahway
A reminder
that our free Monday Night Play Reading Series resumes this Monday
with the premiere staged reading of Erik Kahn’s new play Moses in Berlin on December
2nd at 7pm at Hamilton Stage, 360 Hamilton Street, in Rahway, NJ. Moses in Berlin opens in an
upscale apartment building in 1933 Berlin, where a group of young
friends play a game. It explores the themes of survival,
betrayal, and the true definition of family in a unique and powerful
fashion.
The reading will be directed by Joseph Discher, who
has worked off-Broadway and with regional theatres across the
country. He is the former Associate Artistic Director at the
Shakespeare Theatre of NJ and the current Artistic Director and
co-founder of Knock
At The Gate, which creates immersive audio experiences of
Shakespeare’s work. He has assembled an excellent cast of
accomplished area artists to bring this riveting script to life. We
