Virtual Willowwood Open House and Garden TourFall Tour at Willowwood

November 2

Enjoy a guided tour of the beautiful gardens and historic grounds of Willowwood Arboretum in Chester Township. Meet by the main kiosk near the parking lot. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Register here.

For adults, cost: $10 per person. Preregistration is required.

deerToddler Trek: All About Deer

November 6

Long-legged deer are ambling through our woods, eating acorns and getting ready for winter. Learn all about their lives and get a chance to touch real deer fur and antlers. With a deer story and walk to search for deer, this program will be held entirely outdoors, rain or shine, so please dress for the weather. Register here.

For ages 2-5 with an adult, cost: $7 per child. Preregistration is required.

In-Person Home School DaysHomeschool Explorers: Changing Leaves

November 7

Unplug, observe, and let's get exploring! Students will visit parts of the garden not often seen. This month, it's time to explore the wooded areas and observe the changing leaf colors. Students should dress for the weather and wear sneakers. This is a drop off program. Register here.

For ages 8-12, cost: $15 per child. Preregistration is required.

Garden Sprouts WinterGarden Sprouts: Tree Time

November 13

Once the leaves are gone, trees can really show off. We will discover all the uses of trees from homes to food, to places of beauty. Register here.
