Participation in Dîner en Blanc entails adhering to specific guidelines:
- Dress code: Attire must be head-to-toe white, with emphasis on elegance and originality.
- Table settings: All items must be in white.
- Guests convene at designated departure points and are escorted by Dîner en Blanc volunteers to the undisclosed venue.
- Exclusive French-inspired wines and champagnes will be available onsite. Per New Jersey Affairs Permit regulations, outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Guests interested in wine or champagne must pre-purchase through Le Dîner en Blanc’s e-store. Non-alcoholic beverages may be brought by guests.
- After the event, guests are responsible for cleaning up and taking all belongings and waste with them.
Guests are required to bring:
- A table, two white chairs, and a white tablecloth.
- A picnic basket filled with gourmet fare, accompanied by appropriate stemware and white dinnerware.
- An optional catered dinner is available from Jersey City-based French restaurant, Madame, for pre-purchase through Le Dîner en Blanc’s e-store.
