 Family Science Day: Frogs
April 12
In this
homeschool series, families travel between stations to learn all about
frogs and their relatives. Test your knowledge of frog calls with
"Frog or Fraud!" attempt to out-jump a frog in the Frog
Olympics and more! Then take a guided walk to look for and learn about
amphibians along the trails.

through our Flowering Cherry Collection and discover both the science and
the history of these beautiful spring trees. Students will make a cherry
blossom craft to bring home. This is a drop off program. Students should

 Spring Birdwatching for Adults
April 12
The first
colorful birds have already arrived after their long migratory journeys!
It's the perfect time to get outside to listen for them as they feed and
look for mates. Our naturalist will give you tips on identification,
share fun facts about the species' lives, and lead you to the best spots
for birding. All skill levels welcome. Bring binoculars or borrow ours. Register here.

Out offers hands-on gardening for young people who are encouraged to play
in the dirt. This fun, educational community of young gardeners takes
