A three-course dinner created by Chef Jerry Luz

With locally sourced spring ingredients, this year’s dinner is a feature in itself. Guests may choose between the steakhouse sirloin of beef with a caramelized onion demi-glaze; the seared salmon with a Pine Barrens Honey glaze; or a mouthwatering roasted eggplant timbale.

The 2024 Gala will feature a premium selection of organic, small-production wines from Kingston’s cool climate, hillside vineyards, alongside local craft beer and featured cocktails.
