Collection of the artist. © Alia Bensliman   Artist Conversation Alia Bensliman and May Kosba Thursday, March 28, 5:30 p.m. Art on Hulfish In conjunction with the exhibition Reciting Women: Alia Bensliman & Khalilah Sabree, join the artist Alia Bensliman for a conversation with May Kosba, postdoctoral research associate in the Program in African Studies at Princeton University.  In her vivid drawings that blend Islamic ornament with figural representation, Bensliman celebrates the textiles, jewelry, and traditional tattoos of Amazigh women, Indigenous to North Africa, while creating space to reflect on her own life and experience.  Reception to follow. Visit the exhibition at Art@Bainbridge, open until 7:30 p.m. for this event.  Art@Bainbridge is made possible through the generous support of the Virginia and Bagley Wright, Class of 1946, Program Fund for Modern and Contemporary Art; the Kathleen C.
