After the
show, join us for a conversation with Rev. Anya
Sammler-Michael on the rifts which can occur
between individuals or between communities. Rifts that
deepen between nations become wars. In this conversation we will
consider the rift that is building in our own Northern
New Jersey communities since the terrorist attack on October 7th,
and the war that is ongoing in Gaza. Rev. Anya Sammler-Michael
who has, been working in step with the interfaith community in
Montclair to address the rift and provide space for
deep listening will speak with us about the need for
communal care during communal rifts. Rev. Anya has a
background in conflict resolution and crisis intervention.
Rev. Anya is the senior co-minister of the Unitarian Universalist
Congregation at Montclair and she has an
extensive background in conflict resolution and crisis
intervention.
