On Saturday, January 27, the world commemorates International Holocaust Remembrance Day and as a part of that weekend of that remembrance, choreographer and master teacher Carolyn Dorfman and her dance company take audiences on a powerful historical and cultural journey through her celebrated work The Legacy Project. A child of Holocaust survivors, Dorfman honors her Eastern European roots, explores the tragedy of the Holocaust, and tells the story of the immigrant experience.  Photo by Daniel Hedden.
