We've been burning the
candle at both ends the past few months stepping up our game and we're
excited to share our new Vendor Registration System through our new
partners at Growtix!
This new registration
system allows you to manage your own Vendor Page that you can upload
images, logos, descriptions and more so once you receive your
confirmation email, please click the link at the bottom of your
confirmation email to manage your Vendor Page, upload images and get
ready for the next generation of the TPRFM vendor! MAKE IT SO!
We'll be using this info
and the images you upload to develop custom promotional images for
every vendor who vends with the TPRFM! LIKE, WHOA!
In the event you
notice any major malfunctions with our new registration system, please
do not hesitate to let us know! We are still working out some bugs so
please bear with us!
THE TPRFM IS
OFFICIALLY BIGGER, BADDER AND BETTER THAN EVER!
We are looking at 260+
well-spaced 6' indoor tables on the Arena floor (daily vendors), 40 -
10'x10' weekend booths on the main concourse, 60+ weekend 6' tables on
the main concourse as well as double table end caps for those looking
to maximize their footprint and exposure on the arena floor. Please see
below for a full breakdown of each available space with its associated

for both days on the Arena Floor. If you do select both days, your
tables will be the same both days and you may leave your items
We're also packing the
food in with a full roster of food trucks per day (including arena
options for a quick bite), an expanded schedule of live music, an
expanded VIP Area, the return of the Vendor Lounge, live tattooing by
several tattoo shops, celebrity guests, the return of our Food Runners,
improved directional signage, an upgraded web app experience, scavenger
hunts and more in store for one of our largest events of the year!
The TPRFM Holiday market
is typically one of our most attended events of the year and with our
expanded marketing campaign, and the reach of our partners at the Cure
Insurance Arena, we're expecting our attendance to be massive for the
big return of our annual Holiday Market!
Standard 6’ table space
located on Arena Floor. Includes one 6’x30” table per registered space.
You may purchase up to three tables next to each other. Chairs are not
included. Spaces include 2’ on each side of your table for social
distancing and 4’ behind your table. Good for ONE DAY ONLY. Saturday
and Sunday tables will be available. You may purchase tables for
Double Table End
Cap on Arena Floor: $415
Two table End Cap space
located on Arena Floor. Includes two 6’x30” tables on an end cap. You
may purchase one additional 6’ standard table to create a “dog leg”.
Chairs are not included. This is the perfect option for greater
exposure and includes room for a clothing rack or a larger set up on an
end cap. Good for ONE DAY ONLY. Saturday and Sunday tables will be
6' Two-Day Weekend
Table on Main Concourse: $400
Standard 6’ table space
located on Main Concourse (where patrons enter). Includes one 6’x30”
table per registered space. You may purchase up to three tables next to
each other. Chairs are not included. Spaces include 2’ on each side of
your table for social distancing and 4’ behind your table. ALL Main
Concourse tables include a wall behind it. Good for SATURDAY AND
Weekend Booth on Main Concourse: $700
10’x10’ weekend booth
space located on Main Concourse (where patrons enter). Includes one
6’x30” table per registered space. You may bring additional tables to
use. You may purchase only one weekend booth. Chairs are not included. Good
for SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
Utilize the jumbotron at
the Cure Insurance Arena and drive traffic to your booth or website by
displaying your logo and table number in front of our thousands of
patrons over two days of TPRFM action. Files must be supplied by vendor
and must be proper resolution and sized at 1920x1080. File must be
supplied 10 days before the event.

Sponsor our legendary
Black Swag Bags and put your logo and brand front and center on 200
free, reusable tote bags that are given out to the first 100 adults in
line each day and are chock full of TPRFM goodies as well as free items
from our vendors! These bags have long lasting staying power since they
are reusable and will continue to shine a spotlight on your brand for
months and months after the event!
