         Shine a Light is excited to announce the
        inaugural Shine  A Light on
        Antisemitism Civic Courage Award!  
          
        In partnership with the education pillar lead
        organizations, this award is designed to honor students and educators
        who exemplify what it means to be upstanding citizens when it comes to
        taking action against antisemitism and countering hate in their
        communities. Two student award winners will be selected from each age
        group: Middle School, High School, and College/University. Two educator
        award winners will be selected from each education setting: Elementary
        School, Middle School, High School, and College/University.  
          
        The nomination process is open now and we encourage you to
        share information about this award within your organization and
        community networks. 
          
        Nominations are due by November 10, 2023. The awards
        committee will announce the winners by November 27, 2023.
