It's spooky season so let's learn about skeletons! Examine multiple models to discover similarities and differences between them. Then head outside to find hidden bones and piece them together to uncover which animal they came from.

Families with small children will enjoy a guided walk full of silly and nature-themed tales told by costumed storytellers along the decorated trails of the Great Swamp. Wear your own costume! Make sure to sign up for your time slot in advance! Check it out!

Cost: $5 per person. Preregistration is required.

Hear silly, slightly spooky and nature-themed tales told by costumed storytellers along the decorated, glowing nighttime trails of the Great Swamp. Time slots every 15 minutes starting at 5:30. Sign up in advance for a slot - they fill up quickly! Learn more!

It’s the last weekend for pumpkins at Fosterfields! Enjoy fall activities like watching apples being pressed into cider, wagon rides, and much more…learn about the event here!

Dress up in your Halloween costume and come learn about how animals' fancy "attire" helps them survive in nature! Touch real fur, feathers and more!  Adults are welcome to stay or drop off. Learn more here!
