journey of transformation. Did you know that mandalas can also be
used in meditation? Mandalas can help the meditator envision how they
can achieve their ideal version of self. On Wednesday, August 30th at
7pm, we invite you to join us for the Art Wellness Workshop,
Exploring Our Present in Color.
partnership with the Caldwell University's Counseling with Art
Specialization Program, this program will work with chalk pastels as
we select colors and patterns, working within a circle, to represent
learning and teaching marketplace with over 213,000 courses.
Presents: Udemy offers thousands of on-demand video courses taught by
world-class instructors across 75 categories for upskilling in the
areas of business, technology, and design, as well as courses on health
and well-being, the arts and language learning. Courses are replaced
monthly with new material addressing emerging topics. On-demand videos
in eight different languages taught by native-speaking instructors are

Brodsky, from Super Tech Hero, will go over the basics of computer
access. This will include navigating through emails, using Google
and its add-ons, Microsoft Word, downloading, and more. She will be
