TICKETS SEASON PASSES     MEET THE PLAYWRIGHT post-show talkback Friday, July 7, performances Thursday - Sunday, July 6-16     About SUNSET PARK: "I wanted to write about the effects of aging on the human spirit" —JOSEPH VITALE Joseph Vitale is the author of a number of plays with a rich repertoire of productions. His play Dragons in the Crease was performed at the Hudson Guild Theater, New York in 2019, and was a finalist for the prestigious 2020-2021 Woodward/Newman award. Murrow, a one-man show delving into the life of Edward R. Murrow, was performed Off-Off Broadway at The Phoenix Theatre Ensemble in May 2016 and at the ACANSA Arts Festival in Little Rock, AR in September 2016. The Huffington Post heralded it as a "dramatic masterpiece." A member of the Dramatists Guild of America and The Theater Project Playwrights Workshop, Vitale is a recipient of a 2021 New Jersey State Council on the Arts Fellowship in Playwriting       FINALIST, NY Theater Festival SUNSET PARK by Joseph Vitale Four intertwining stories that prove no matter how old we get, love, longing, jealousy, and HOPE remain constants in our lives.
