The Antoinette Montague Experience Kicks Off Morris Museum’s Jazz on the Back Deck

 



 

 

Antoinette Montague Experience Brings Swing, Salsa, and Jazz to the Back Deck!

Thursday, June 22, at 7:30 PM

To start off the fourth year of outdoor concerts with a bang, fan favorite Antoinette Montague will return with more swing, salsa and jazz music on Thursday, June 22 to the Morris Museum’s Back Deck. Montague will be joined by Danny Mixon on keyboard, Melissa Slocum on bass and Bobby Sanabria on drums, along with the energetic tap dancing of AC Lincoln. The Antoinette Montague Experience has headlined in such legendary locations as Blue Note, Dizzy’s at Lincoln Center, and the Charlie Parker Festival. Most recently, the Antoinette Montague Experience was featured in the Jersey City Free Public Library’s jazz tribute to Malcolm X.  

 

 

Attendees must bring their own chairs and are welcome to bring refreshments to enjoy the live music atop the Morris Museum’s elevated parking deck. 

TICKETS: $50 for an 8’x8’ block that accommodates up to two patrons (in green on the seating chart) or $25 for a block that accommodates one patron (in orange).
WHEN: Concerts begin at 7:30 PM but patrons are welcome to arrive as early as 5:00 PM to enjoy their picnics. 

In the event of inclement weather, outdoor performances will be held inside the Museum’s Bickford Theatre.

The Morris Museum has adopted a dynamic mask policy for upcoming events inside the Bickford Theatre. Face masks are currently optional in the CENTER and HOUSE RIGHT sections and are required in the HOUSE LEFT section.
